Bob Whitelock, singer-songwriter, lives in Boston. Bob has been writing and performing
professionally for the past 25 years. Recently added to "Comstock Records, Ltd, AZ,"
sampler roster, "This time love's for real," the title cut, is being released throughout
the United States and Europe for airplay, and ultimately, CD sales as the goal.

Bob's best known in and around Boston's rock scene, after spending time in the
band, "The Lines" back in the eighties as lead and ryhthm guitarist as well as
recording a few albums with them. Penning one and co-writing another song,
"The Lines" opened for such national acts as, Aerosmith," "Modern English,"
"Twisted Sister," Ratt," "Cheap Trick," "Lita Ford," and "Billy Idol," just
to name a few. "The Lines" enjoyed generous airplay locally, as well as the
Canadian side of the Border where they were a success in Montreal, and also
down in Bermuda.

Bob always wrote folk songs in his spare time, even as a rock performer
and now plays rock in a G.B. situation while creating the country
songs in his studio.

Pop-Country CD with something for the traditionalist and New
country fan as well. Recorded throughout 1999 at RGW Studios,
Boston, MA, and mixed at Dizzyland Recorders in Rochester, NH.
Bob plays all drums and acoustic guitars, as well as all the
lead vocals.

The record features, Rich Gordon, on lead guitar, Matt Leavenworth on Fiddle,
and Rick Dahlinger, on the piano.

The music bridges rocking country to mellow folk at times but, never
falls into any definite catagory. Most reactions to the effort have been
most favorable, and positive reviews are in the wings.

The best way the CD has been described is, "New Country with a Yankee's Take on it,"

Lyrically, the CD has its tounge-in-cheek side as well as the heartfelt love
and relationships songs. "Chicks dig it!" But, the guys will like it too!

This is an Excellent Recording...Those that like that real "Get Down Country,"
sound can find it all here on Bob's new CD...
