Jerry Quaid
Jerry was
born and raised in Nebraska City, Nebraska, a small town nestled
along the Missouri River that cuts the border between Nebraska and Iowa.
The home of the Arbor Day Foundation, this area of the Midwest is surrounded
by rolling hills, farms, back roads, and timber country. The area is rich in
history and forms the backdrop for this artist to write and create from.
Jerry
Started singing and performing in High School, and in the late 1980's
started writing songs on a more serious level, focusing on his main
love for Country Music.
In the
Early 1990's, Jerry, along with drummer, Jeramy Bridgmon, formed the
local band, "Kick It Up." The Band played as weekend warriors for years.
Although, the Band became very popular and was booked, at times, up to
a full year in advance, Jerry made the decision to turn to the Studio, developing
his demo's and sound for "Rodeoactive," Jerry's first CD. This project
was
completed with the help of Musician-Producer, Timothy David.

This is a
fine CD well worth the listening time. A lot of effort and patience went
into writing and recording this CD...A first rate Production...MainStreet
and Myself look forward to working with Jerry on a higher level in
the very near future.
