Johnny Gall
Johnny Gall is one of those unique
individuals that has found a way to play music for a living. And that's all he does. He
travels around the world playing in clubs and doing concerts. And, when he is not out on
the road, you can find him in one of the many studio's in Hollywood laying down some
tracks for the many musicians and record companies that need a fine keyboard man.
Born in Torrance, California and raised just a mile from the sunny Southern California
beaches, Johnny lives the lifestyle most of us can only dream about. What could be better
than being an active keyboard man zipping off to Catalina on any given weekend to play one
of the islands fine clubs while sipping on fruit flavored cocktails. Man, what a life...
One of Johnny's favorite gigs he says, is the Cruise ships. Traveling down to Mexico or
parlaying up the Alaskan coast taking in the scenery and playing for the folks at night.
Well, I wish I had that luxury. Johnny tells me, "I can think of nothing better than
sitting around in a lounge chair knowing I'm getting paid a small fortune to play for
three hours while, during the day, I'm taking in the beauty of the Islands, Alaska, or
Mexico...You just can't beat it!"
Johnny is a fine keyboard man and I am sure you will like his new CD, "Lake
Music." He certainly has come through for me on several of my CD's when I needed a
good piano man!...
