Ronny and I
have been friends for a good many years. And Yes, it's the same Ronny Cox
as the movie star. He is one of the finest actors I know, and he is a wonderful friend. He
sure bailed me out a couple of times in the past. Ronny's passion for music and song is
undeniable. He relishes singing and songwriting almost as much as myself and
demonstrates this passion here on his Mercury Records CD. However, I don't know if
the CD is available through DNIRA, you might have to go through Mercury but, I'll be
talking to Ronny about this is the very near future to see if we can make it available.
Ronny is just a good guy all the way around. And, I sure like this CD and I know he
waited a long time to get it done. I am sure you will enjoy his recordings as much as his
acting. We spent several months working together on the film, "Bound For Glory"
the
Woody Guthrie Story, back in the seventies and man, did we have some fun. Ronny is just
a talented fellow, even on the golf course... I hope you'll give him a listen... Guthrie Thomas
