Granddaughter of jazz pianist Helen Gale from Des Moines, IA. .
After countless nagging to learn the piano, I picked up the guitar at age 13, and wrote my first
album. I was inspired by early Grace Slick and the Grateful Dead. My father, also a pianist,
opened 3G records in 1988. My first record was displayed on 5000 jukeboxes across the
country. In 1997 I pressed my first CD independently.
I like to write about metaphysics and  ex-boyfriends.
