We Welcome All Independent Artists to MainStreet

This is How Our Program Works:

A.    There is a $250.00 annual fee to list each of
        your CD's on MainStreet.
B.    MainStreet Charges a $7.50 distribution fee for all
       CD's sold through MainStreet.
C.    All product listed with MainStreet can be purchased
       through MainStreet.
D.   We offer Secured, Online Credit Card Ordering for all CD's
       sold through MainStreet with a nominal $0.75 transaction
       fee when your CD is ordered using a credit card.
E.    All product is maintained on a Consignment Basis and a
       Non-Exclusive Agreement.
F.    You receive a personal page on MainStreet to include:
       Your CD Cover picture,
       An Introduction to Your CD,
       A Description of the Artist,
       Your Personal Artist Photographs,
       Online Credit Card Ordering,
       and Two MP3 Sound Files.
       Please note: We do charge a $10.00 "Update Fee" for additons,
       deletions, and changes to your page if you want your site
       changed after you have been listed.
G.   We will make Your CD available upon request with
       CD Online Distributors, CD Europe, and Japan.

All Accounts are Paid Twice Annually
(January 1, July 1,)
