Joining MainStreet is Easy
To Join MainStreet CD, simply fill out
the
"Join MainStreet Easy Form,"
then print out the form on your printer, and
mail the form to us along with the following...
A.
6 copies of "Each" CD you wish
to list with MainStreet.
One copy is for our use, the other 5 copies are for our
warehouse and distribution stock for your sales.
B.
Two Artist Photographs for Your MainStreet Pages.
Please note: Due to the Global Virus problem,
We do not open any attached Email at MainStreet.
C.
There is a $150.00 fee for each CD you
wish to list
on MainStreet.
When listing a CD please include a Check, Money Order, or Your
Visa or Mastercard information.
(Please, Include expiration date, Month and Year if using your credit card.)
We sell CD's for $15.00 plus Shipping. We keep $7.50 and Send you $7.50.
All Accounts are Paid Annually
(January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1,)
